We recommend that you read our terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. By completing an order on www.elliefant.com you agree to the terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions as necessary.


1. Order and purchase agreement

When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once the order has been processed, we will send you a delivery confirmation with tracking information. A binding purchase agreement is formed in connection with this delivery confirmation.

Since our products are in some cases customized to order (e.g. packaged with personal care), delivery only takes place after the order has been processed.

3. Age and order

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, incorrect information or other improper behavior.


4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer secure payments through Klarna, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, as well as Visa and Mastercard.
Discount codes are only valid during the specified promotional period.


5. Delivery

We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Normal delivery time is 5–9 working days within Sweden.
During peak season or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package leaves our warehouse.


6. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. We have extended this deadline to 30 days.

For a return to be approved, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unexpected

  • In original packaging

Note: Since some of our products are personalized (e.g. with audio recording), the right of withdrawal only applies if the item is unopened and not activated.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Uncollected packages will be charged SEK 300 for handling and return shipping.

7. Complaints

You have the right to complain about a product within three years according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

Please contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong.
Send an email to hello@elliefant.com and attach:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures of the damage/fault

  • A short description

If the complaint is approved, we will replace it with a new item, repair or refund.

9. Force Majeure

Elliefant is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, wars or technical disruptions.


10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions of purchase are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be heard in a Swedish court.
