At Elliefant we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We strive to offer thoughtful products and personal customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the product:

is unused

is in original packaging
-
has no signs of wear, damage or use
How to return:

Contact us via email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We will return with approval and instructions.

You return the item in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping (unless the product was damaged upon delivery).
We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct up to 25% in restocking fees if return requirements are not met.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
All refunds are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Any exchange or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage during delivery
We package carefully – but if your Elliefant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please attach pictures of the damage and we will help you get a new item free of charge.
Deliveries
We cooperate with reliable shipping companies, but unfortunately cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, customs or external circumstances.
